Mr. Vivek Agarwal, from Bikaner, Rajasthan, has set an example for all over the world by perusing his dream, a dream which needs a great amount of testosterone levels which technically at the
lower side after 35+ years of age.
In early 90’s where sports didn’t have higher recognition. Vivek Agarwal started learning Karate (Goju Ryu style one of the main traditional Okinawan styles of karate) at a very early stage and achieved “Yellow Belt” at the age of just 15.
But unfortunately, due to lack of awareness and some other personal reason the passion was left behind and journey ended.
But as they say that if you have a will, there is always a way and nature helps you to achieve it. After the Birth of his son “Aarav Agarwal”, the thought of training him in Karate again kindled
inside him. So he started inculcating interest of Karate in his son and by fluke or by destiny himself also started training again.
The result was remarkable that after gap of long 22 years, Vivek himself and his Son Aarav at the age of 37yrs and 7yrs again started our journey and achieved 1st Dan Black Belt at the age of 40yrs and
10yrs in year 2020 (20-12-2020) in “Okinawan Shorin Ryu” style one of the major modern Okinawan martial arts and is one of the oldest styles of karate.
